Tel: 646-421-0788. info@hellzsmellzperfumes.com. I sell my products on this website. I work from a home studio not open to the public. I only sell hand made small batch perfumes. The Site and Services are also protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation pursuant to U.S. copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright law. All product names, logos, trademarks and service marks appearing on this site are the property of Krakus Designs Latam, LLC/ Hellz Smellz (Perfumes). Nothing in these terms of use shall be construed to give you any right or license in any of these names, logos, trademarks or service marks without prior written consent of the owner.

All descriptions and pictures on my website are copyrighted and pending trademark protected.
Shipping
At checkout, there is a list of your shipping options and costs, which depend on your location and order content. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment.
Returns
For product safety reasons no returns or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final. Please try my samples first before making a larger purchase. The various sample sizes in their descriptions are shown.
Ingredients
All materials and information included in/or available through this Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. My products are made with 100% pure & natural ingredients: essential oils (sustainable when possible), absolutes, isolates from fractionated essential oils, Pure & Organic Unrefined, cold pressed Jojoba Oil, & fractionated Coconut oils (Cocos Nucifera), Certified Organic Neutral Corn Alcohol, sustainable Beeswax & Soywax. I do not use any synthetics, fragrance oils, parabens, glycols, or petrochemicals. My perfumes are for wearing only and cruelty-free. They are tested on humans and NOT animals. The few animal essences I use are sustainably harvested.
Indemnification/Safety
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krakus Designs LatAm, LLC/Hellz Smellz (Perfumes), its owner, officers, employees, content providers, sponsors and agents from and against any and all claims and expense including attorneys’ fees arising out of your use of the Site, including but not limited to out of your violation of this Agreement. The user is uniquely responsible for the safe use of my products. If you are pregnant or nursing, have allergies, or any other medical condition that can be affected by essential oils or fragrances, please seek the advice of a health professional before using my products. I recommend testing my perfumes on a small area of skin by applying on the inside of your arm to check for any possible allergic reaction. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occurs, stop using product immediately and wash with soap and water to clean the area. Please keep my products out of the reach of children AND animals. If accidental ingestion occurs call 911 or emergency services.
Liability Limitation
Krakus Designs Latam, LLC/Hellz Smellz (Perfumes) will not be liable for any consequential damages that result from the use or misuse of this website or of my products, even if Krakus Designs Latam, LLC/Hellz Smellz (Perfumes) has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Krakus Designs Latam, LLC/Hellz Smellz (Perfumes) from any and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorneys’ fees.
Miscellaneous
If there is any conflict with these Terms of Use and rules with these Terms and Conditions, and all matters relating to your use of this Site, the laws of the United States of American and State of New York are governed and take precedence. You agree to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of New York, and the United States District Court, for the Southern District of New York in such matters.
